Difficulty Level - Varied

Studio and Instructor (Include Photo) – Bikram  Haley (no photo because I will be doing 10 of these same classes)

What did you most enjoy? – I liked the one where you hold your foot behind you and and your arm forward cause it was really hard but I felt it in every muscle.

What did you find challenging and why? – Everything was challenging because I just dont have the muscle strength to hold anything longer than a few seconds.

Observations – The heat was also really a butt kicker after about 20 mins. I thought I was going to throw up the whole time.

What did you most enjoy: The beginning is the best for me because i dont feel like I'm gonna puke for the first 20-30 mins.

What did you find Challenging and why?: The hardest one for me was the camel pose. I couldn't even handle it really. As soon as I would tilt my head back I would feel sooo sick. I was reading today about whats up with my problem and there was a post about how camel pose is a hard one for people because you are exposing your organs and it makes people feel sick or some sort of turmoil. I thought that was interesting and made me think maybe I wasn't some freak having issues.

Observations: Today I focused on breathing through my nose where on tues I was taking big breaths through my mouth the whole time. I did notice a difference in the nausea with this change.

What did you most enjoy? Hmmm good question, nothing it was pretty miserable.

What did you find challenging and why? It was pretty challenging not to throw up in the middle of class because I felt like that was what was going to happen. I did notice when the nausea started today though. The pose where you have your hands over your head you step out and then your arms and your leg go table top. After that life sucked.

Observations: For some reason my body wasn't ready for it today. Even just putting my hants above my head for the beginning was really hard! Man this hot yoga thing sucks!
